Black Sheep was approached by Arrowhead Properties to reactivate and uplift the Lobby and Main Building of the building with the aim being to reposition the building, making it feel up to date. The implementation of local art pieces, the use of contemporary finishes, coupled with the re-branding of the building, transformed its identity.
